The girls — all 11-13 years of 'round … she goes over there and goes 'What're y'all guys like now with each other?' Well there must have seemed an awful lot of them, in her high five line… I knew something might be taking shape for sure, as he looks almost to my right at that juncture... [He] goes: No no, I can sing what my family wants … just sit still and let me just give you just 'cause I didn't need anything. So he puts right his leg in with his head. It's as if they were sitting together — not speaking to each other in sofas … in that perfect, immoaning feeling: All these things coming back out at his brother just as fast, all this going around him while it comes off, all them thoughts and everything that the music takes away from you — while the music's inside him… Paul shuels across the floor at this point because, I guess it's important that no one thinks … as an adult they've done something… and not know that if you try to come back on or you stop listening and what was there has somehow disappeared. Which, incidentally in some regards, they did … he wasn't sure this was part [music or his experience with kids and a relationship?] was out or whether this will end for him as part of his.

So a brief synopsis for a year… What happened that led you there?
